Відповідно до даних Міністерства реінтеграції та окупованих територій України, до таких регіонів віднесено Донецьку, Дніпропетровську, Запорізьку, Харківську, Одеську, Миколаївську, Херсонську, Луганську та Сумську області.

У цьому зв’язку в Україні запроваджено можливість використання електронної форми митної декларації ( https://customs.help.gov.ua/) для спрощення та прискорення митного оформлення вантажів надавачами гуманітарної допомоги з інших країни.

We would like to inform you that in the current situation of deterring full-scale Russian military aggression, the priority regions of Ukraine for receiving humanitarian aid through regional military administrations are those on the territory of which hostilities are taking place or have taken place.

According to the Ministry of Reintegration and the Occupied Territories of Ukraine, such regions include Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Luhansk and Sumy regions.

In this regard, Ukraine has introduced the possibility of using the electronic form of customs declaration (Ukrainian State System for Humanitarian Aid (help.gov.ua) ) to simplify and speed up customs clearance of goods by humanitarian aid providers from other countries.
