On August 23, 2013 the celebration of National Flag Day was held in the premises of the Embassy of Ukraine to Hungary.

In the beginning, the Ambassador Yurii Mushka held a speech and congratulated the present at the event.

During his speech, the Ambassador highlighted the history of Ukrainian National Flag, its importance as a state symbol and noted that the festivities on this occasion is held in all diplomatic missions and consular offices of Ukraine around the globe on this day.
