Ukraine officially joins EU’s “Roam Like at Home” zone – starting today.

Now Ukrainians can call, text, and use mobile internet in all 27 EU countries at their home tariff, with no extra roaming fees.

Ukraine is the first country outside the EU and the European Economic Area to fully join the EU’s internal roaming market. It is not a temporary benefit, but a full integration with common rules, consumer protection, and equal conditions. The same rules also apply to EU citizens traveling to Ukraine. Free access to emergency services is guaranteed too.Ukraine reached this milestone after harmonising its roaming rules with EU standards. This is another practical step toward a single digital Europe!
