This morning, Kyiv woke up to explosions. At least 18 people did not survive the night of Russian terror. The aggressor state took their lives and injured more than 90 others, launching over 70 missiles and nearly 500 attack drones against Ukraine.

Ukraine urgently needs more air defense. More contributions to the PURL initiative will save lives. Agreements on anti-ballistic missile production must be implemented, and we count on the United States to move forward with decisions on Patriot licenses. Every effort must be made to stop Russia's war and prevent attacks like this from happening again.
